We loved this adventure! A day long trip including rafting, a hike/swimming hole, lunch, and stops along the river. Make sure you grab dinner in Maupin after the trip or visit the grocery store to support this quaint town.

What a great experience we had on our full day 6 hour rafting adventure! I hope these river guides make great money because ours (Shion) was awesome! He knew so many fun tricks with the boat wave surfing) and games to play (trust fall off the boat), he was willing to let us take our time and have a truly fulfilling day on the river. Well worth the money! We will bring all 4 of our kids on our next trip!

My then-fiance and I went on a full day trip down the Deschutes with River Drifters. I don't remember our guide's name, but he was a very professional and personable young man. He was patient with us while teaching us water safety and how to use our paddles. There was no part of the trip that was anything less than wonderful. If you like to be outside, like to get wet, and want to spend a day on a beautiful river, I highly recommend this trip. My fiance is now my husband, and we are going back to River Drifters in August, and taking my three teenagers with us this time! I recommend this trip and this company (River Drifters) to everyone.
