The way this company communicates and operates is beyond frustrating and unreliable. After booking well in advance (over a month), by the time our pick up day arrived I wasn’t confident that they would even show up.
The communication is one text per day only to leave you waiting. I was told 2 days prior to our trip that some of their workers had COVID which was having them switch things around.
They gave me 2 options: 1- Change my time to a 3:30 pick up instead of our 1:30 reserved time. 2- Or cancel.
When I responded with a question for an alternative idea I did not hear from this company until the next day. Once again I received one text message, in which I responded quickly. Again, I did not hear anything until the following day; the day before our reservation. I texted can we please talk on the phone. There was no flexibility on their end…so I dealt with the change and was just happy to have communicated more then one statement regarding the changes. When 3:30pm on Saturday came there was still no driver. The driver did not show up until almost 4pm!
Many of the wineries start closing at 6pm…and this was supposed to be a minimum of a 5hr trip. We had to change plans so many times up until the moment she picked us up because of her lateness. We missed reservations at places. There was not one apology from this company. Nothing but lack of care and communication along with poor punctuality. What a waste of money, time and frustration dealing with them!

We apologize that we missed the mark with your reservation. We know the frustration that comes with changed plans. We wanted you to be safe rather than have to cancel and make anyone drive under the influence. Jessica was late because it took longer for her to get her morning group back to their starting location. We/she should've communicated her delay. Hoping your group enjoyed the wineries.
