I've visited 17th-Dog with my family multiple times, and also went for a work event. All experiences have been excellent. 17th-Dog is a phenomenal experience run by amazing, knowledgeable and fun people. It's very educational, you'll learn everything from sled dog care to the sport of mushing to each dog's individual personality. The dogs are very social and lovable, and literally greet you with hugs. Then, when you see them transition into race-mode, you'll be amazed at their desire to run and how smart these athletes are. It's a great experience for all ages and activity levels (activity level is what you make it). 17th-Dog is safe, clean and you and your kids will love it! I'd give it more stars if I could!

A visit to Alaskan Husky Adventures is definitely a unique Alaskan experience that should not be missed! Going to this spectacular kennel has been the highlight of our Alaskan adventures. Matthew and Liz are very gracious hosts. The love and connection to their dogs is evident as soon as you arrive. We learned all about dog mushing and kennel care and played with dogs. If you are lucky, there might even be puppies to cuddle. Riding on a dog sled is such a fun experience and the scenery is gorgeous! We were so impressed by the athleticism of both the dogs and the mushers. Matthew is a champion dog musher who shares his adventures on the trail. My husband and I highly recommend this trips for all ages.

Want to experience a truly Alaskan adventure - then, visit this award winning kennel, meet champion musher Matt, his wonderful family, and his amazing huskies! It is the best excursion in Alaska. We met the beautiful and friendly huskies, learned about the noble sport of mushing, and took a sled ride powered by eager and happy dogs. It was a once in a lifetime way to experience a piece of Alaskan history. We learned so much and fell in love with these beautiful dogs, even meeting some puppies! It was a true Alaskan adventure that we highly recommend.
