Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

Our guides were Jimmy and Luther, and wow was this an amazing experience!!! Both were so nice and explained some of the ins and outs of dog sledding, as well as making it so fun. They care so much for their dogs, and the dogs are of course so sweet and so gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend this more, and this has been my favourite experience so far while visiting Alaska. Thank you both so very much!!!

My family and I did the dog sledding and mushing experience. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect from this but WOW! We had absolutely amazing guides and it was such a great experience. One I will never forget. We got to meet all the dogs, feed them, and take many many photos! If you’re contemplating whether or not you would like to do this.. DO IT. You will not regret it. I’m already reminiscing about it and it was only a couple of hours ago! Our guides were called Jimmy and Luther and they were so so lovely and friendly. I’ve made a promise to myself to came back here in a couple years when I am a bit older and do this again. You will absolutely love it. Please do it!

This was the best thing we did in Alaska! Cold-weather gear provided. Two riders per sled (depending on weight). One of our guides was Emma, who not only was an expert musher, but a wealth of knowledge about the dogs and their lives. Did you know each musher owns his/her own dogs? Emma owns 21 dogs, 7 of which pulled our sled. There are typically 8, but one of Emma's was in time out for poor behavior. Our other musher was Joe Weber, Joe has 26 dogs. He gave one of our group a special, fast ride over the river and through the woods. Total time sledding is only 30 minutes, but we were done by then and so very happy we decided on this activity!!

Every one of our mushers own their own team of pups for our dog sledding adventures. We feel this set up allows for very personalized care of each team. Thank you for the review.
