Not a great experience here, but nothing to be gained by a negative review. In business, things at times go totally sideways, usually from a cascade of counter-productive events rather than from a single catastrophic event. The positive aspect of this review is how Dan, the owner, dealt with the problem in a most professional and equitable manner. My guess is the issue that arose was very likely a one-off and occurs very rarely with this company.
