We offer new Four Winns boats for the tour with maximum of 6 people, ensuring an intimate and fun-filled adventure for all.
Our trips depart daily from The Perry Hotel. Tour times may vary throughout the year.
For our guests who would like the extra shade, we have a full rooftop! Plenty of shade or plenty of sun! The front is open for sunbathers. We offer a lot of storage on the boat and restroom facilities as well! Sightings are based on dolphin behaviors and are not guaranteed.

We had an amazing time as a family of four with our wonderful guide Melanie. Melanie was a joy to hang out with, knowledgeable of dolphins and the area, and was great with our kids. We saw a pod of 7-10 dolphins about a half hour into arriving at the « dolphin playground ». We spent about 20-30 minutes with them, had some amazing interactions and then moved on to do some snorkeling. The snorkeling location was ok but we didn’t spend a ton of time there as one of our children didn’t go… he got freaked out by the tarpon we saw at the dive spot (he did have a great time hanging out on the boat with Melanie as we snorkeled!). After that we left to a sandbar and swam and relaxed in an absolutely breathtaking spot. What a great way to cap off the trip. A million thanks to Melanie! Highly recommended!

My family and I spent a fun-filled afternoon with Captain Gary on his boat with Key West Dolphin Safari. He was an incredibly charming, funny and informative host. We saw dozens of dolphins and snorkeled among nurse sharks, Atlantic stingrays and numerous colorful Keys fish – it was exhilarating. We even got to relax at a stunning sandbar seven miles off of Key West. And his boat dock at the beautiful Perry Hotel on Stock Island is very convenient to get to from Key West and surrounds. My family vacations in Key West each year and we plan on making a boat excursion with Captain Gary part of our itinerary from now on. Highly recommend.

We got to go snorkeling and see a lot of cool fish and lobsters, we also saw many dolphins. Our tour guide was really nice and knew what to show us. Would definitely recommend
