It’s informative and you get to learn about lots of places in downtown Nashville, along with some ghost info. You do walk pretty far around and have steps to go up and down so wear good shoes. If you can not walk and stand for a hour and half this is not for you. I did overall enjoy it. If you like ghosts stories and enjoy learning about some history the tour and cost was perfect. For me it was a nice break from the bars and music for a while and do something else.

Pick up areas were too far from downtown hotel. Unable to get Ubers to pickup locations. Walked thru some bad neighborhoods to get to pickup area.

Stood at the meeting spot in the rain and no one ever showed up. Called Trip Advisor and was told they’d call me to tell me where else to meet. No call. Called Trip Advisor back for a refund after standing in the rain for an hour and was not given one. Met four other ladies in a group and they also were waiting for the same tour time and said no one showed up. Poor communication, unprofessional, and terrible experience being drenched for an hour with no empathy shown by trip advisor or this “company” which leaves no contact information easily accessible on any platform
