"Drink sir, is a great provoker..."

The stage is set in a hidden venue. Five professional actors meet as members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society. One of them has 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a major role in a Shakespearean play. Hilarity and mayhem ensue while the four sober actors try and keep the script on track. Every show is different depending on who is drinking... and what they're drinking!

Craft cocktails and food are served throughout the show. Running time is 90 minutes with no intermission. Drunk Shakespeare is on a limited run so get your tickets today! Entry is strictly 21+

This was enormous fun. An improv troupe that casually presented a Shakespeare play (in our case, MacBeth), in bits and pieces, with near-nonstop laughs. And, of course, the drunk. While it was not always clear how much of our drunkard's behavior was the tequila and how much was simply acting, the alcohol was definitely a main player. It did devolve away from Shakespeare toward the end, but by then we were having too much fun to care. At ninety minutes, it was just right, and we will definitely plan a return trip.

Fun friendly cast, intimate set, audience was engaged, they did a great job adlibbing. Would be fun to see them mix it up with other Shakespeare plays so we could go multiple times (Producer, are You paying attention?$

Good Shakespeare! Great improv in the middle of beautifully crafted and acted monologues. But only for this lose who are open for a good , silly, doesn’t take itself too seriously time!
