Came to New York with my daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday and found this Haunted Manhattan tour of the East Village to be a great addition to our trip. Since the night started with rain, we were given an option to cancel or reschedule. Being from the desert, we enjoyed the rain and it added a lovely element to the city. We ended up having Frankie the tour guide all to ourselves since the rest of the guest must not have not been rain fans. Frankie was amazing as a guide! She was incredibly funny and knowledgeable with just a bit of terrifying and crazy!! It Cracks me up that no one on the street even looked twice every time Frankie screamed something out loud. New Yorkers!! Lots of scariness, history and whimsy to keep both a teenager and and older person both interested and delighted. Highly recommend this tour!

This tour seemed a little too based on anecdotes rather than actual history. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but gave it a shot at least.

What part did I like the most? All of it!!! Frankie was absolutely professional and informative. The other guests didn't show, so I was offered a refund, a reschedule or a private tour. There was not another option for reschedule since I was leaving town in the following days, and I had so looked forward to this tour, so I chose to go on ahead with it. I was amazed! She treated the tour just as if she had a full audience. She didn't leave anything out. I learned so much history along with some spooky stories. One of the best tours I have taken in the city.
