That was a terrible experience, the company charge me 2 days prior our tour and when we arrived they don’t have the Ebike that we book. Just one that didn’t work turn off multiple times in the first 15 min when I decide to stop, was enough that my partner need to ride a regular bike because they don’t have the two Ebike we book and paid prior. but when mine start to turn off over and over again was a disaster. We rode back to the start point handling the off/on situation and when we request our money back they said they can’t do it they just can give 50% of my money or a 100% in a credit this is the second terrible experience that I have with unlimited biking and is terrible i don’t want a credit because I will never used again, this company doesn’t respect their costumer. They bikes they have are the worst is just unbelievable. I am a profesional rider that schedule every day in New York with different activity’s. We lost the opportunity to do the Ebike tour for choose this company and also extra $40 that we use in taxi transportation from hotel to the start point and back. The level of disrespect is the only things that is unlimited here I feel stoled they have 100% of my money and they make me have a terrible time. I don’t want 50% for something so bad and that cause more expenses and the time we loss that is invaluable.
