My 16 year old son and I went on the electric scooter tour of Central Park. It was the absolute highlight of our weekend in NYC. The reason it was so fun was our tour guide Darryl. He is super nice and so knowledgeable about Central Park. We learned so much history and enjoyed seeing famous sites from movies such as Home Alone and stars homes. Thank you Darryl!!

The staff at the shop were fantastic especially Jamie. The scooters were amazing and it was such a great experience. The views of Central Park were stunning. We would have never managed to see everything we did on a bike. We highly recommend this company and want to say a big thank you to all the staff 😃

The store was pretty busy when we went in to pick up our scooters we had reserved online and the guys helping gave us our scooters and sent us on our way with no instructions whatsoever. They just wanted to move us out of the store. I felt they should have given a brief tutorial because we ended up not using the scooters to their full potential in Central Park. Just a minute of instruction would have done wonders and made our rental much more enjoyable. When we returned the scooters they pretty much had no response when we suggested they should do that with customers. It may have just been a bad day there but we were not happy with our experience with this group and would not recommend them to others.
