My boyfriend and I ended up being the only participants on the investigation. Grayson had a plethora of equipment available for us to use and did a great job explaining how they work. This was truly an “investigation” and not a ghost tour where the guide tells you stories. It was exactly what we wanted for our evening exploration. Grayson also sent us a file with the audio recordings from the evening the very next day. One particular piece of audio was enough to give all three of us goosebumps!!

This was quite an experience. We spent time on the grounds of the Lighthouse and also around Castillo de San Marcos. Grayson is authentic, knowledgeable and passionate. He was encouraging and especially terrific with the kids! He explained all of the equipment from dowsing rods (which he explained to the kids using the example from Coraline!) to REM pods to proper techniques for the SLS recorder. He truly facilitates a comfortable, unique and personal experience. Thank you, Grayson, for making us all feel like a part of your team! We will definitely do this again!

Thank you for this great review. I have to agree with you about Grayson. He is kind, competent, knowledgeable person who truly cares about his customers. From babies to the elderly. After Dark has the best investigators and I'm so grateful to all of them.

What a FANTASTIC experience! Grayson is SO knowledgeable, explained all the equipment and is obviously known by the local spirits as they call him by name! I will HIGHLY recommend this tour and the Gettysburg tour! Thank you Grayson for a FABULOUS experience!
