Chaos. Poor communication. Bus driver was hard to understand. Tour was not 10-2 as stated, we did not return until 3:15. Halfway through boat ride operator turned boat around because of incoming weather, and cut our time on the water in half, yet other boats headed out to begin new tours. Boat tour was abysmal, tour guide barely spoke & gave very limited details. Complete disappointment, would not recommend.

Uninformative, tacky, bad jokes, short ride, saw one alligator, closed top boat, then the guide asked for tips. We were not impressed with the alligator show either. Truly wished we leaned something. I’ve been other airboats tours that I’ve loved. Sadly, this was a complete waste of time and money.

We had a very informative tour guide, went above and beyond to find us some wildlife. Some some gators. It is close to.miami, worth the trip
