We had an absolutely amazing experience! We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated each and every tasting (and there were so many!), the insight and history provided by our guide Cacey, and the impressive shop owner/workers we met along the way. Our group would highly recommend this tour and Cacey!

This tour included a LOT of food and drink as well as introductions and/or stories about many of the vendors, which was fascinating. The description was a bit misleading when it stated that we would be entering before the general public and that the entrance fee would be covered in the cost. We were not there before the general public, even though the crowds were certainly less at that time. Also, there is no cost to enter the market. I would still certainly recommend this tour for both the food samples and the history.

Hi Julia! Apologies for any confusion. If TripAdvisor/Viator told you the tour entered 'before the general public' that was incorrect. We will follow up with them immediately. The entrance fee is charged by the Pike Place Market PDA for all people on a tour. Yes, you can visit the market without a fee, but if you are on a tour it is different. For transparency we like to mention it since it is part of our tour price. Thank you so much for your feedback, and glad you loved the tour!

A very good food early food tour of pikes place. Our guide lucky was very informative and you can tell truly loves his job. The food was well selected and my favorite dish was the Indian samosas. The only slight downside was actually our guide lucky who you would become noticeably annoyed with people for trivial reasons such as merely whispering about things noticed on the tour while he was talking. I won't judge him too harshly the man's just trying to do his job, but I may suggest a little more laxness on his part. All in all an enjoyable tour I would recommend.
