The tour guide tried to push her own personal agenda. She was not well-informed about the topic. She did not want to talk about the day of 9/11, and that’s one of the reasons why we took the tour. Would not recommend her and I think that she is not qualified for the job.

My daughter and I took this tour on 9/11. Loretta was our guide and was absolutely amazing. She made sure we got to spend time seeing everything we wanted to see, was very knowledgeable, and at the end she even made sure we found our way back to where we parked. Highly recommended!
