Mostly Indoors if it's too hot/cold

If you're on the Vegas Strip for a few days - these are the spots you should see and know (see itinerary).

I've cut out the guess work and designed a walking tour of some must-see spots you should see/ know - making for a less stressful trip to help save time/ money.

This isn't the museum tour you did in Rome. I won't have a flag. If anything's in my hand it'll be a beer. I'm not herding 50 people (It's small groups) & lecturing for 3 hrs. This is more about experiencing Vegas, sightseeing, information and maybe having a drink or two or three so if you're unsociable, you bring kids, don't like to drink/ eat food (vegetarians & your splinter cell faction, the vegans) it could get awkward for you. It's a "Vegas" walking tour, whatever that means. Have fun.

Book morning for a more "G" rated family-friendly tour. If not, good luck

For my drinking degenerates - I also host a bar-crawl (Bars Unknown), so book that instead

Las Vegas
Mostly indoors to avoid heat I can take photos Great for beginning of your trip so you know where to go - saving you time & money. Hey everyone, I'm Jonathan and after months of exploration, I've put together the only original walking experience of the must-see spots on the Vegas Strip. Things you should see/ know, hidden gems, spots even locals don't know. I've cut out the guesswork, the boring stuff & created a smooth small-group walking tour for a less stressful trip. We'll see a lot Hidden Gems: speakeasy concealed within a barbershop, tucked-away tequila & nacho bar, a secret NY pizza shop, Skybar & tea lounge Deals: Prime happy hr spots mystery shots, $3 beers, all-day 2-4-1 deals, bottomless mimosas, 3-course lunch specials: $28, half-price food & drink deals, Affordable Michelin star bistro How/ where to eat & drink quality on a budget Pretty Stuff: Oasis & wildlife habitat w/ exotic birds, fish, flamingos, botanical garden, Chandelier bar, largest chocolate fountain
17
Palazzo Resort Casino
Walk through a relatively low-key, tranquil, Italian-palace style resorts. We´ll see one of the most grand, oppulent palace-like lobby, crystal statues, and a second-floor stuffed with some of the best happy-hours and unique restaurants on the Vegas Strip!
18
The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort
Part of the Venetian resort, The Grand Canal Shoppes are a series of shops and restaurants that meander along side a replica of a Venice Canal, filled with gift shops, pastry shops, restaurants with happy hours and lunch specials like 3-course lunch specials for $28, half-price pizza happy hour, $6 beers, $7 wine, $8 cocktails, chocolate shops. We'll pass by the famous Tao nightclub & restaurant (one of the highest grossing restaurants in the U.S) all the while being incased in a shopping mall that makes you feel as if you're in Venice. Great time to grab drinks of coffee while on the tour! Also show you some hidden views of St. Marks Square and spots others don't know about.
19
Best Western Plus Casino Royale–Center Strip
Casino royale is absolutely not on anyone's "must-visit" radar... unless, you'd like to have a little taste of vintage Vegas or a piece of Fremont Street on the Strip! This place looks like something out of your favorite Vegas mafia movie - dark, low-ceiling, smokey, cheap slots (and only slots), cheap food like 24hr Dennys, 24hr White Castle, $3 hotdogs and better yet, $3 beers all-day everyday! And a $3 atm machine, cheapest on the Strip!
20
The Piano Bar at Harrah's
Usually I'll walk through Harrah's to stay out of the weather if it's too hot or cold outside. Harrah's has a cake vending machine, pizza vending machine, it's a gamblers casino but they have the Piano Bar with Big Elvis and nightly dueling Pianos so great spot if you're into Piano Bars.
21
The LINQ Casino
The only thing that excites me in the Linq is the Dunkin Donuts and they have a little casino within the casino called O'Sheas and O'Shea's has an amazing frozen Bailey's so feel free to grab one as we pass by! (No, I'm broke, I'm not buying!)
22
The Linq Promenade
We'll walk through the Linq Promenade a bit. It has a zipline, Largest Observation wheel in the U.S (Highroller) and it's a street full of bars and restaurants which many do happy-hour. It's like a Vegas version of Downtown Disney but with pot, cigarettes and alcohol. Minimal crying kids.
23
O'Sheas Pub
O´Shea's is also the smallest little casino on the Strip. One slot machine, one craps table, one roulette table, they might have more beer-pong tables then card games. But a very lively fun time!
24
Flamingo Wildlife Habitat
Next will slither through the Flamingo, the oldest hotel and casino on the Vegas Strip. Very pink, vintage photos, and a little wildlife animal habitat full of black swan, pelicans, and real Chilean Flamingos among exotic birds, ducks and massively mutant looking Koi fish. Quiet, mellow, trees, it's like stepping into a little tropical oasis - in the middle of a casino... but they have Carlos & Charlies! So if you're in a TexMex mood, outdoor bar and patio, $6 drinks in the morning and buy1, get 1, happy hour in the evening!
25
Casino at The Cromwell
Usually if it' too hot or cold, I'll cut through some casinos to stay out of the "elements" which is what I do with Cromwell. Small boutique hotel, looks like one of those old dine-in Pizza Huts but smells like baby powder and regret and shame. Great air conditioning through.
26
Grand Bazaar Shops
Love the Grand Bazaar Shops at Horseshoe because this where the deals are and most people walk right by them. Lets just say, low-priced food, snacks, make your own donuts, chicken, BBQ, pizza, Mexican, burgers, gourmet hotdogs, $1 shots, or 2 mystery shots for $5 and my spot that does buy one get one drinks all day everyday! Think two beers for $8 and two cocktails for $17! Oh, and dollar waters!
27
Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden
We'll cruise through the Bellagio for a few things: 1. The conservatory. It's low hanging fruit that anyone can see but it changes seasonally and is always worth a stop! 9,000* real plants, smells amazingly fresh and seasonal, visually eye popping displays and better yet, it's something that's not a casino! 2. World's "largest" chocolate fountain. Technically it's not, maybe largest in the U.S but it' still neat to see thins thing. 3. Then I'll show you some good photo spots and vantage points to watch the Bellagio Fountain show, spots that have lesser crowds.
28
The Cosmopolitan Casino
All I'm gonna say here is speakeasys, hidden bars and amazing food options. You'll see when we get there!
29
Casino at Aria Resort
If there's time we'll pass by through Aria. Ijust show people the lobby because they always have awesome seasonal display. Beautiful Lobby and Catch restaurant has one of the coolest entrances for a restaurant.
30
The Shops At Crystals
Bougie shopping center. Just cutting through. Architecturally amazing, filled with designer shops, art gallery, and very energy efficient. This is where the future of Las Vegas begins. Ultra Luxury.
31
Waldorf Astoria Spa
Last stop (Maybe) is the Waldorf Sky Bar. Love this place because it doesn't look like anything else we've seen on the tour, totally different vibe, very quiet, like the Shinning quiet, ultra elegant and has a skybar with a 180 degree scenic view of the Strip. Better yet, no dress code, no reservations. It's easily one of the most relaxing bars and lounges on the Vegas Strip, any day of the week.

50
Palazzo Resort Casino
Starting at one of the most grand and opulent lobbies in Vegas: we'll walk through a low-key, tranquil, Italian marbled palace-like resort subtly filled with acrylic birds above the lights, and a bronze wishing tree. Well pass by a 125+ year old original gondola built for weddings, Laura Kimpton's 12ft tall and 36 ft wide steel Love sign and a shopping center filled with happy hours, food and drink deals in a varying degree of restaurant themes such as a British Pub w/ darts and a view of the Strip, a Brazilian, Peruvian & Japanese restaurant bar in an Orange forest and more. You'll also pass by Vegas's largest poker room and a vintage style rare book-shop from the TV show Pawn Stars. It's luxury without the crowds and where the sugar daddy's lurk. Ladies, take note.
51
Best Western Plus Casino Royale–Center Strip
I love Casino Royale! It's not on anyone's "must-visit" radar... unless you must have a little taste of vintage Vegas or a piece of Fremont Street on the Strip! Built in 1970's and it smells like it. This joint looks like something out of your favorite Vegas mafia movie - dark, low-ceiling, smokey, cheap slots (and only slots), cheap food like 24hr Denny's which is also the country's highest grossing, 24hr White Castle, $3 hotdogs and better yet, $3 beer bottles, $5 drafts and cheap drinks all-day everyday! And a $3 atm machine, cheapest on the Strip! They also have a $10 million jackpot!
52
The Piano Bar at Harrah's
Usually I'll walk through Harrah's if it's too hot or cold outside. The casinos run parallel to the Strip which make snice for casino hopping. Harrah's has a great pizza shop, a Gordon Ramsay Kitchen, and a very suspicious cake vending machine. It's a gamblers casino but they have the Piano Bar with Big Elvis and nightly dueling Pianos.
53
The LINQ Casino
The only thing that excites me in the Linq is the Dunkin Donuts and it's connected to Chayo which has $30 all-you-can-drink Mimosas in the morning. There's also Disco Show at night if you want a more interactive Vegas theater show. It's like Studio 54 on roller-skates.
54
O'Sheas Pub
The littlest casino on the Vegas Strip and there's really nothing Irish about this place other than the name, the color green and some shamrocks... and every other American inside drunk staking claims to their 10% Irish heritage and reminiscing about that one time they went to Ireland. Actually, they have an amazing frozen Bailey's so feel free to grab one as we pass by! (No, I'm broke, I'm not buying!) Anyways, usually there's more people in here playing beer pong than actually gambling but it's also the smallest casino on the Strip.
55
The Linq Promenade
Attached to the littlest and (and greenest) casino is the Linq Promenade. It has a zipline, largest Observation wheel in the "world" (in operation) and of course the ferris wheel has a bar in it because everything you can do here you can do with alcohol (thank you god!). But the Promenade is a street full of bars and restaurants and great happy-hours. It's like a Vegas version of Downtown Disney but with pot, cigarettes and alcohol - some sweat and shame in the summer and unfortunately some crying kids.
56
Flamingo Wildlife Habitat
Next we'll stumble through the Flamingo, the oldest hotel and casino on the Vegas Strip which just wonderfully got rid of my favorite bar (50 cent beer) in exchange for an out of place Ramsay Burger. The place is fairly pink, two vintage photos, and a little semi-wildlife animal habitat full of black swans (dead), pelicans (one left), and real Chilean Flamingos (down to 7 from 10) among many exotic birds (a couple different species of hummingbirds which are a joy to see but then again, we're in the middle of nowhere so anything that's real, colorful and not drunk is a joy to see), exotic ducks and massively mutant looking Koi fish (American sized). It's a hidden little oasis, in the middle of a casino, quiet, mellow, filled with palm tress and fake grass. Sadly, there's a Carlos & Charlies that does a morning drink special and a 2-4-1 happy hour but it's outside open-air patio overlooks the garden.
57
Casino at The Cromwell
This is now turning into a Vanderpump hotel but for now it still reminds me of the inside of one of those dine-in Pizza Huts. Best things here are their piano bar and noon-9pm $5 drink deal.
58
Grand Bazaar Shops
Love the Grand Bazaar Shops at Horseshoe because this where the deals are, great food, well-priced, big portions but quality - and most people walk right by them. There's made-to-order donuts, Nashville Hot chicken, stale pizza just how you like i in the morning, Mexican..ish..., Whalburgers, Mexican hotdogs, 2 mystery shots for $5 and my spot that does buy one get one drinks all day everyday with flare bartenders! A gift shop for you cheap tacky Vegas souvenirs, tall-boys (the beer not the men) and dollar waters! Also a rooftop bar with live music and cowboy accents all day.
59
Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden
A Vegas like "replica" of what Bellagio, Italy would look like if it got drunk and had to build itself on a budget - One of the first luxury resorts in Las Vegas that's famous for being in only one movie anyone cane remember, Ocean's 11, but lined with Italian marble, mosaic, high-end retail like not one but two Louie Vuitton's, Michelin chefs and 5-Star dinning options, screaming kids and crying babies and Dale Chihuly's 2,000 piece Fiori di Como designed after flower fields in Lake Como Italy. There's also a "garden" (conservatory) of thousand of real plants, trees, silk floral displays and seasonal designs that change, every season. It's open 24 hrs and doesn't smell like cigarettes, or pot, or sweat and shame. It's beautiful. We'll also view the world's "largest" chocolate fountain (technically second largest, maybe even third now). It's officially amazing but not as amazing as the Christmas store if your here during that time.
60
The Cosmopolitan Casino
If you like hidden sh*t and speakeasys, or 20 year olds running around drunk and half naked in the summer calling each other "bro" and b*tch" well then, this is the hotel for you! One of the newest hotels on the Strip, it's glitzy, glamoury, has has nothing but goo food and bars... and a 3-story bar encased in a chandelier of 2 million crystals (plastic) surrounding a 40 foot tour of liquor. Depending on timing, what's open, we'll visit or I'll point out a speakeasy behind a 1920's themed barbershop with nightly music, a tequila and nachos bar hiding behind an exit sign, a secret pizza shop and a restaurant behind a "pawn shop".
61
The Shops At Crystals
Bougie shopping center that's architecturally amazing, filled with designer shops, art gallery, and very energy efficient. This is where the future of Las Vegas begins. Ultra Luxury. Designed by an American-Polish architect who also did the World Trade Center in NYC - it's a 21st century park with a 55foot 3-story modern tree house as the center piece. There's also a Jason Aldean's outside with daily live music and patio views of the strip.
62
Waldorf Astoria Spa
As of recently the Waldorf unfortunately is (for whatever dumb reason they can come up with) now anti-tour guide. Anyway, I recommend going to Peacock Alley Bar and Lounge on the 23rd floor for a relaxing drink and view of the Strip. Say hi to Kamari, BJ, Kayden, James, Sunny, Johnny and Benyan at valet, Nathan the greeter, Jennifer at the front desk, Tony, Mia, Alegra, and Ryan Orkin for me.

Casino at The Cromwell
This is now turning into a Vanderpump hotel but for now it still reminds me of the inside of one of those dine-in Pizza Huts. Best things here are their piano bar and noon-9pm $5 drink deal.
72

75
The Shops At Crystals
Bougie shopping center that's architecturally amazing, filled with designer shops, art gallery, and very energy efficient. This is where the future of Las Vegas begins. Ultra Luxury. Designed by an American-Polish architect who also did the World Trade Center in NYC - it's a 21st century park with a 55foot 3-story modern tree house as the center piece. There's also a Jason Aldean's outside with daily live music and patio views of the strip.

Good “insider look” to places in different casinos. Great suggestions on places to go that are hidden gems or times to go to get deals. Hidden areas you would never know about unless someone took you there.

I enjoyed how Jonathan catered the tour to suit us as we were a very small group. I recommend going on this tour because you get a behind the scenes glimpse of the Strip and you can't beat talking to a local - especially someone as knowledgeable as Jonathan.
