The bungee jump in Monteverde consists of jumping off a tram, which moves on cables operated by a motor, into the center of a valley. The extreme jump is 143 meters off the ground. Jumper's minimum weight is 50kg. and maximum weight is 113kg. Transportation is included.

The experience there was not bad... My disappointment is with the after-sales service of the photography and video pack. We paid for three packs and they only sent us two, I had to spend days claiming for the third pack... Late and non-committal responses, distrust in payment, and a tremendous lack of organization. After having made the payment and not sending me what was paid, they demanded proof of payment with the three packs, luckily I found it in one of the pockets half wrinkled and dirty and they were able to send me the pack, but if I threw away or washed the ticket I ran out of photos. Be very careful with that!

The bungee is an incredible experience. Nature by itself meets your expectations but the service is terrible. Nobody on the team greets you with a pleasant greeting, nor does they provide you with information. The receptionist simply charges you for the service and nothing more. The bungee activity takes about 20 minutes per group, but while you wait the guides do not explain anything to you, they do not tell you what safety measures they have, etc., the bathrooms are far away, and there is nowhere to sit. However, if you ask them your questions they will answer you. We were the third group of our hour and had to wait 3.5 hours. The guides said that the first group had done several activities and that it had taken a long time. So you have to be patient. They do not allow you to take your cell phone to take photos or videos of an activity that you have already canceled in order to practically force you to pay for the photos or videos that they offer. If you bring it you have to pay a fee to bring your own cell phone. If you want to have your memories, do it, because we decided that we were going to pay for your photos or videos and after waiting almost an hour, when we asked the person in charge of the photos he told us THAT THE COMPUTER OR THE CARD DELETED THEM AND THAT THEY DISCARDED THE CARD. When asking if something could be done about it, the bungee company says that the handling of the photos and videos has nothing to do with them and they are not responsible for anything. Their only help was to give us the contact information of the person in charge of the photos, who after lying to us for a week while the messages came and went saying that they were working on recovering the photos and videos, says: THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING, THERE IS NOTHING TO DO. We feel total disinterest on both sides for what happened in our case. We are very sorry for choosing this company to make our first bungee, we will never return. As Costa Ricans we were very disappointed with the experience and we regret that many foreigners who hope to enjoy the pure life of Costa Rica suffer the same and have a bad experience.
