Looking for some whitewater while avoiding white-knuckle rapids? The 3 hour Upper Half Day trip is perfect for families, first-timers who are timid, or for those who aren’t strong swimmers – especially in June when we have high water. Enjoy fun rapids such as Hilarity Hole, Screaming Left, and Killer Fang. These rapids offer plenty of splashes and relatively easy navigation without the challenge of long rapids like the Mad Mile. This trip is packed with splashes and smiles!

We had the most amazing time rafting the Gallatin River, the weather was perfect! I called ahead to book our trip and it expedited the check in process. I received multiple emails confirming our trip with great instructions and directions which was incredibly helpful. I did bring our swimsuits and we used the wet suits and splash shirts provided by the company. The overall process of getting our equipment and loading the bus was a well run operation, a bonus when on vacation. Wills was our raft guide and he was superb! He was informative, experienced and made our overall trip one to remember. We are so thankful for the opportunity to raft, and although a drive, coming from Island Park, it was worth it. We received the option to purchase pictures via email, and the pictures were amazing! We bought them all. Well done to Montana Whitewater for a job well done. Looking forward to coming back again!
