Guide didn't show up. 15 guests were upset. Canceled plans, pulled kids from activities, drove 45 nins out of way. Unprofessional.

Claire was AWESOME! She completely captured our children's attention as well as ours. She was friendly, informative, and just the right amount of spooky. Her melodic accent and period clothing added to the haunted feel. It was the perfect introduction to Flagstaff's haunted past!

My family and I took a guided family friendly ghost tour of Flagstaff. We started at the library and walked to the Old Town area. The buildings in the area are beautiful and the history was fun. Our guide was Claire. She was very knowledgeable of the area and it was obvious she enjoyed the job. I appreciated how she pointed out that the tour only included verified repeated encounters. The background of the buildings and how things have changed over the years was also interesting and fun. The stories made me wish I had more time to stay in the area and visit the buildings.
