Wanted to ride on the top deck so I asked BEFORE we boarded if we could wait for the next boat to assure a spot up top. The crew said not to worry there was plenty of room and to get on the boat and go up top. When we got to the stairs (just a few feet away from where we boarded) another crew member roped the stairs off and told us we could not go up. I asked to get OFF the boat so we could wait for the next one and they WOULDN’T let us off even though people were still boarding so the ramp was still there! I guess it’s still one of the best things to do in Niagara Falls (hence the four stars) but for me it was disappointing because of the way things happened.

Hi Becky, We are so sorry for the time you had at the Maid of the Mist. With Niagara Falls Adventure Tours we advise you on the best spot to stand on the Boat and teach you all of the tricks you need to maximize your enjoyment. (Everyone Else, This company is a walking tour that includes many of the attractions in Niagara Falls and we are not solely the Maid of the Mist boat ride. This review would be better suited for the Maid of the Mist page rather than our wonderful tours page)

We had the best and most knowledgable tour guide for our tour! He went above and beyond on June 6th, sorry i can't remember his name since our trip was 3 weeks ago. I just remember him and his wife had a baby 4 months ago, if that helps. If you haven't gone near the falls on the US side its a must, but for a hotel the Canadian side is best. So glad we did this tour! :-)

Nick provided us with a great tour package with great information and recommendations for how to make the most of the time we had in Niagara Falls. He also made a great restaurant recommendation for us in Buffalo. We recommend him highly.

Hey Patrick, I'm not sure whether you ended up going with Wings or Tacos but either way, I am glad you took my advice to heart. Hopefully people will take your advice and join us on tour. Patrick wouldn't steer you wrong. 5 Stars to Patrick!
