I used to love this place when they opened, great salt floats, great clients, and purchased the monthly plan, unfortunately, I have to check my debit card every month, to check up on them, sometimes they charge me twice sometimes twice in three weeks, never billed on the same day of the month always a different day and when I call, always an excuse, overcharged for 2 months when I froze my monthly membership, I am constantly asking for my billing to be corrected. Seems like this place has everything up and running except a consist bookkeeper. How can I relax in a float when for 7 months my automatic debit payment has been inconsistent and you never know when or how much you'll be charged. They can do better at Urban Float Rehoboth
