We paid for this trip in UK over $200 even added tip to the bill. Upon arrival the firm clearly wasn't there... Called them up they told me on phone the group had gone out... Funny that.. There was no van in car park along with the other groups... I Never replied to my email.. Had to go to my credit card company for a refund.. Please don't bother yoursekf using this firm. When you do get through to them you just get rude attitude. I'd never use this firm agsin.. They just take your money away & lie

Hello, Josh here, your friendly neighborhood tour guide😊.. As we explained over the phone and via confirmation email that every single guest recieves after making a reservation w/us. You booked thru a 3rd party. We do not provide those emails. You chose to book a tour thru a 3rd party affiliate amd did not do your due diligence to be to the launch site in time. We do not refund for guests who miss thier tour.. Your reply is but but but.. But nothing, every single reservation made, whether thru our website, or Trip Advisor, Expedia, Google maps, etc every customer receives the same exact set of instructions asking for them to arrive 30minutes early and that if they're late, they will not be on that tour and if we can't move you to a later tour, there is no refund. We drove out to meet you the day you requested, that costs us money. We will not show up 2x for the same group who stood us up the 1st time.. Your review didn't mention car trouble, bad directions nothing.. Just you being late arriving to a tour that has left w/out you. The excuse is rubbish.. Also we fight disputes and keep excellent activity notes for those who would make us drive all the way out there to perform your tour, only to arrive to a no-show reservation, or to just be a no show in general. Respectfully 😊 Good day😊

We had such a great time our guide Katie stood behind with us since we kept going in circles she was very informative, and helped us get a handle of the kayak. We saw different creatures in the water. Will definitely book again in the future. Definitely recommend to anyone in this area.

Requires some good kayaking skills because you will be kayaking in the dark. The blue glow was good.
