TLDR: very very VERY rushed, the animals are not kept in anything even remotely ethical or humane and I felt really guilty afterward for supporting it, especially at the speed of light.
We were extremely disappointed in this tour. We elected to do this for our last day and it was a disappointing one. Something important for anyone reading, this tour is at Alligator Holiday Park and if you have your own transportation, I would recommend going there directly, if you elect to go at all. We were picked up from the Sonesta (we were not staying at that hotel, just a meeting place) and we had to park our car there, which was really complicated, not a public friendly parking area or hotel. Once we were picked up we were zoomed to the holiday park and the driver gave us YouTube videos to watch on the drive. Apparently we were late and we missed the very first tour of the day which was really stressful for our driver who encouraged us to tour the gift shop while we waited. Once it was our turn for the tour we were ran out on to our boat, the boat raced around, pausing briefly sometimes to see wildlife but mostly zooming around. After we got off the boat we were rushed into a line for the “show”, which had maybe 10?+ gators smooshed into a small space and again, rushed. Then they shoosh you into a very small “zoo” to see several animals in way way too small pens with no enrichment what so ever, and you are also rushed through that, rushed into taking a picture with a young gator and then we were rushed back into the car with our driver to zoom back to the Sonesta for drop off.
