Fantastic! Yes, maybe a bit confusing on how to get picked up, but well worth the money. You may only see 2 to 3 alligators, but it is amazing and I would do it all over again. You spend a lot of time at each alligator so you have good opportunities to video and take pictures from all sides of the boat. We appreciated the respect the tour guides showed the alligators. Professionally run organization. With that being said, I think the exploitation of the alligators in the rescue habitat is awful. If they are truly being rescued, they need to be left to roam in a large area and not used to entertain the audience. I couldn’t even watch and had to walk out . So go on the tour but the show.

The owner was great to work with. I purchased the excursion directly from him. We didn't need transportation, as we were driving up from Key West on our way to our Miami hotel before we flew out for home the next day. He was very helpful in making sure he gave us approximate drive time. He called to make sure we were on schedule. He even had his assistant call and make sure we were just about there and got us our waivers and such ready before the ride. The ride itself through the everglades was fantastic with lots of great information. We got to see 4 gators, a few birds, and the plant life...all with interesting facts about them. The gator show and park were cool, as well. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Wonderful experience! We were picked up right at our hotel by a lovely woman in a comfortable and extremely clean vehicle. 35 min drive and we were at the Park. We got 15 mins to explore before we boarded our jet boat. It was definitely worth having the nice lady with us so she could show us where to go. Our ride was fun and even my easily bored 7 year old son loved it. We saw one alligator— Penelope! After we got back to the park an entertaining volunteer presented a rescue alligator show and we held the baby alligator, Finn. All in all I’d highly recommend and give full cudos to Alligator Tours LLC for making our trip to the Everglades smooth, carefree, and enjoyable! Highly recommend!
