Very unfriendly and uncooperative guide. Our daughter fell ill at short notice. He said that he didn't care and that we had to pay for the tour, even though we had a go City Pass. He couldn't scan it either. He also said that we had to stay on the tour until the last minute. Otherwise we would have to pay the person who left early. This was very annoying, as someone had to look after our underage daughter, who was sick in the hotel room.
I cannot recommend that families with children book this tour through Go City. If something comes up or someone has to leave early, the full price will be charged. The tour itself was quite interesting and the food was very good in some places. However, I would think twice about booking this tour in advance.

In order for us to stay in business with this pass we must follow the pass program rules. We are not allowed to accept passes for someone who is not there or we are thrown off the pass. What this person failed to mention is that (and they acknowledged this) they knew it was in their purchase agreement that any no-shows must be paid for (the same as any concert or show). We also showed them the verification letter they answered after the agreement, meaning they agreed to this provision twice. We cannot accept passes with just a reservation. Once someone books a ticket, they take that ticket off the board that someone else can't buy. If that space or many are not paid for we are out of business. This person also did not tell the truth. As per the agreements they entered into they only had to stay two stops, not for the entire tour. We are not going to jeopardize a long-standing relationship because they would not follow rules they agreed to TWICE! We should be praised, because we put all the terms out there first for someone to make the choice to book with a pass or not. Unlike some companies we not only hide nothing but we send a verification letter after the person agrees to the terms the first time. Why do we do this? So, this doesn't happen. This person was argumentative in front of others taking the tour which was unprofessional on their part since they said they were a lawyer. As a lawyer they should have respected our position. This review is unfair to us. We will continue our honest and open approach to letting everyone know the tour terms for using either an outside vendor program or booking direct through us.
