The tour itself was amazing. The tour Guide had a ton of knowledge and it was interesting listening to her. She also had a lot of great tips on what to do in each location. 5 stars for the tour leader.
Now, dealing with aspire was a different story. They called me from a French number at 4pm the day before to let me know the full day tour I had originally booked might not be running. As it was a french number I thought it was spam and didn’t pick up. They followed up with an email to which I responded right away. They didn’t get back to me for over two hours! (Usually not a problem but since this was the evening before I would’ve expected a bit more urgency). They said the tour might not be running and didn’t give further information so I couldn’t book something else in the meantime. So when I did hear back after 6pm clarifying that the tour wasn‘t going to run I had no choice but to go with one of their half day alternatives. I only had one free day in Denver so while I completely understand that tours need to meet minimum numbers and can get cancelled, the way they handled the cancellation was unacceptable. Very late notice, took ages for them to get back to me, no apology at any point and no „good will“ contribution towards the new tour. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again next time I’m in Denver. 1 star for aspire.
