We were cruising and had half day to spend in Fort Lauderdale at the end of the cruise and were so looking forward to this segway adventure.
After booking through viator, I attempted 3-4 times to contact the company through the app because I had a few questions about luggage, etc. I also received confirmation that we were going on a completely different tour so was confused. No one ever called back, so I decide to call the company. It took 2-3 calls to finally get someone on the phone.
I spoke to Jennifer and specifically asked if the Animal Feeding was included in the tour and asked why I was getting a different itinerary. She said, "absolutely, the animal feeding was part of the tour" and answered all of my other questions, so our expectations were set.
Our tour guide was great, giving us so much history about the city and was such a personality and took all sorts of pictures for us. Unfortunately, the animal feeding didn't occur.
The company has a good product, but they need to get their act together with communication and accuracy.

Hey Keith, we are so sorry for the lack of communication from our end. I can’t tell you exactly what took place but we sincerely apologize for that. It’s possible our phone lines were extremely busy when you were trying to reach out to us. In regards to the animal feeding, the season has ended for the turtles & birds in the area and we have removed that description from our website as we are no longer offering that option for another few months. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour with your guide and we hope that you give us another chance in the future to make it up to you for the inconvenience.
