We booked this tour and ran around in the shopping complex and marina to find it. When we found the partner store, to which there were no signs of in the parking lot and entrances, the attendant gave us the name of the boat only after stating that he thinks it leaves from the marina. When I asked if there were signs or anything, he repeated nonchalantly "yeah 'Calipso' the name on the boat". So after running around both sides of the marina and up to anyone with a clipboard, of which there were 3 other groups at least lined up for other companies, we called the office, albeit at the time of departure, but the boat was gone out of sight of the bay already. So we missed the tour without a call from them. And the tour may have been lovely but neither the partner company, with the boat, or this agency offered us any remedy or compensation of any kind to find out; not even 5% off a new tour. Instead, they repeated their script that it was not their fault and we had a mandatory time & this and that and the third and passed the buck to call the booking agency. So book at your own risk. It seems here the customer works for these companies and not the other way around.
