Directions to the meeting location were horrible. Could not find until someone told us how to get there. Too many people packed on a little boat. To make the experience more enjoyable, they really need to stop overbooking the boat. We were under the impression towels were provided. They were not. We had to buy overpriced towels from their shop for over $20 a piece. Because of that, we were in the last group to board the boat. Looking around there were no seats left. We had to sit on a cooler in the back of the boat with a couple of other people. It was incredibly awkward with how tight it was back there with the unknown couple basically in our laps. The bathrooms on the boat were disgusting. Because it was a marine toilet, all toilet paper has to be thrown in the trash. That would be fine if they had a large enough trash can. It was overflowing with poo toilet paper and it was all over the floor and mushy. The ad indicated “fresh water shower” was on the boat, it was actually a garden hose you sprayed yourself off with. Because we sat on the cooler in the back, we were sprayed every time someone used the “shower.” To top it off, it was the worst snorkeling. It may have been the time of the year we went, but there were only a couple varieties of fish and they were unable to take us to the turtle town location due to high tide. Would not recommend, you’re better off renting snorkeling gear and snorkeling off of the beaches. You will see the same thing for a fraction of the cost.
