We did the private island tour & it was the best decision we could’ve made! It was definitely the highlight of our whole trip. A friend recommended the company from when she visited Hawaii a year ago. I spoke with the owner prior to booking and he was very responsive to all of my questions prior to booking (which solidified my decision to book). My family and I went in August (2024) and we brought our 5 year old w/ us. It was a work/ pleasure trip. On top of it all, I was sporting a broken ankle that happened 3 weeks prior to the trip. I brought a knee rover w/ me that they had already made room for and considered in all of the activities. I thought I would have to sit out most activities but Ryan (our tour guide) made sure I not only got to participate but did so safely while not at the expense of my family getting to experience all that Hawaii had to offer. Ryan was so professional, thoughtful in his recommendations for the day, and took so many pictures we couldn't have captured that will surely make life long memories for me and my family! He was open to pivoting throughout the day and continued to check-in (to see if we were tired or if our interests had shifted and wanted to do something different). Even after the tour ended, the thoughtfulness didn’t end! We reached out for recommendations for a luau (that we attended), beaches, and local food spots. Thanks from me and my family!

The first part of our Hawaiian Vacation was done with Hi5 tours and it truly was an amazing way to start the trip. As I was traveling with my 80+ year old grandparents who are hard of walking, they were extremely accommodating for all of our needs and things we wanted to see on Oahu. We booked 2 days with Hi5, the first day being with Ryan, and the second day with Yianni. For our first day, Ryan took us on a whole circle of the island, stopping at many incredible lookout points, a macadamia nut farm, Kualoa Ranch, the Dole Plantation, and many incredible beaches. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable answering all of my grandpa’s questions about the island, and interacting with all of us. For our second day, we had Yianni for another incredible day. This day was more “adventure based” in nature, stopping at Waimea falls, Sharks Cove for some snorkeling, another incredible lookout point of the entire city, and a beach where we were able to see some sea turtles in the water. Again, Yianni was extremely kind to all of us, and made sure my grandparents were comfortable while us grandchildren would go out on these adventures that they could not participate in. I would recommend Hi5 tours to anyone with families who plans to visit Oahu and you will not regret booking with this company. My grandparents, who can be picky at times, could not stop talking about the amazing time they had with Ryan and Yianni. 5 out of 5 stars!
