Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! This in an intermediate trip but also not too scary for first-timers. The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Our family, of 5- boys ages 10, 12 & 14 had a wonderful experience with our guide, Shayna. Despite one scary incident, where my 10-year-old leaned out of the boat and fell into the water, we all had a wonderful time. Wile the fiasco could’ve easily been avoided, they were able to retrieve him quickly and avoid any issues. Needless to say… We all remembered to lean into the boat from that moment forward. The shore-side lunch was great! The guides were all super experienced and professional, but really made it a ton of fun! This was our second white water trip this year, our other was in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and while they were both amazing, this one seemed to be even more technical and beautiful. I highly recommend! This is a smaller outfitter and their crew is super passionate about their trade. Great adventure! And…for any mother reading this, our dicey chapter was totally my son’s fault. Great way to learn to follow the guide’s instructions! 😳

We had such a great job white water rafting with The Adventure Company. We took our family with 3 kids aged 8-13, and they all had such a great time! Our guide Layla was an absolute pro, that looked like she was having as much fun as we were. We will definitely be coming back to raft again with The Adventure Company.

We had a great time, & rafting was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Brody, did a great job & was really great with the kids (4 elementary school age). We did a full day rafting trip, well worth it!
