Imagine a group of 15 - all Boy Scouts and a few adults. Ryan, Tyler, Liam and Austin were amazing guides. On the river safety was paramount and fun was had by all. Kayaks, paddle boards and rafts in formation. Every camp site was spectacular, fishing was fun, the food was AMAZING! Camp fires by night, breakfast to wake you each morning. Always someone needing something and these guys were on top of it every time with a smile. They are stewards of the environment and so much knowledge about the river, history and wildlife. I have done many adventures and never have I had an experience come close to this one! MRO and the Salmon River needs to be on everyone's bucket list!!!!

We took a boy scout group of 11 boys and 4 adults on the four day trip down the Lower Salmon river, and the Mountain River Outfitters were fantastic. Lots of patience with the boys, fun loving yet extremely professional. They were very knowledgeable about the river, wildlife, fishing, everything you could ask for. The meals were exceptional, especially considering that they were all cooked outdoors, often in dutch ovens. I would (and likely will) take a tour with these folks again.

Ver personal service with the best guides on the river. My family rafts with them every year. Brenda and Jess are the best!
