After over 100 years, a stunning and remarkable canyon has come back to life with the removal of the Klamath dams. The Kikacéki Reach of the Klamath River was bypassed for hydroelectric production, but today flows have been restored and the reveal has been nothing short of spectacular.

To celebrate my granddaughters 16th and my 76th Birthdays, we took the family on the full day, upper Klamath rafting trip. What a rush!! First, I appreciate that the staff was very conscious of Covid restrictions. Everyone wore a mask. We had the entire van for our family. That was very safe. Arden was our guide and was wonderful. She was kind and competent. She told us she has been guiding for over 30 years and had over 700 trips down the Klamath. She was firm and forceful when she needed to be. And, alone, made us a delicious lunch. All in all, a memorable day. Thanks again, Allen T.

Fabulous family day trip on the Upper Klamath with Arden, river goddess, who has 30+ years experience as a guide! We all especially appreciated the attentiveness Indigo Creek paid to safety during this crazy pandemic; our family of six had our own van shuttling to and from the river and we were all masked for mutual safety. I checked out all the other companies in the valley and Indigo Creek definitely had it dialed in for the safety of employees and customers. And really, it was just a wonderful, high excitement blast of a day with big, big white water!!

We had a fantastic rafting trip. We have been on several different rivers, but our day on the Upper Klamath was the best! Yann was a terrific guide. He not only got us through all of the rapids safely, we also had lots of fun, and he was knowledgeable about the birds we saw (including 2 bald eagles, a blue heron, and a nest of ospreys), and the history and geology of the area. This is a must-do for any family looking for adventure in southern Oregon.
