After over 100 years, a stunning and remarkable canyon has come back to life with the removal of the Klamath dams. The Kikacéki Reach of the Klamath River was bypassed for hydroelectric production, but today flows have been restored and the reveal has been nothing short of spectacular.

Whitewater on Upper Klamath was exciting. Our guide Ian was top shelf. Conspiracy theories in the van ride made for some great mind bending.

Well, this was an incredible day adventure! The whitewater was endless. We were lucky to have Ian guide our boat. Outside of his exceptional ability to traverse a river, he is a wealth of knowledge. Yakadoo, guided the other boat on our trip and man, he is a fun dude! Both of them as a team were a gift to everyone on the trip. Indigo Creek was highly recommended to us and, I can for sure say I agree. The best outfitter in southern Oregon. Bada-bing Bada-boom!

I’ve been on a few private trips on this river, but this commercial experience was amazing. The guides were knowledgeable and experienced. My 14 year old daughter had no whitewater experience but was able to learn a lot from our guide Arden. My girl had the best time on this trip! I’d highly recommend Indigo Creek for any river trip.
