Booked a full day of events through Viator. They made several errors and no one told us that we had to have a Florida boaters license. They also didn’t get our deep sea fishing confirmed so we were unable to do either of these. I called and spoke with the operator of Viator and Jetski adventure. Viator said they will work on a refund but the Jetski adventure rep, Adrian I believe, was a complete jerk. He said we had canceled, which we had not, and he had someone else booked for our time. That’s also when he told me through text messages about needing a Florida boaters license as well. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this “adventure.”
I have offered the entire text to Viator as well.

I already explained that it was a mistake as we updated our new location on the management center and dragged the cursor to the lake location as it was hard to zoom to exactly pinpoint it. I wasn't aware of that till you brought it to my attention so thank you for that.
I saw it was the wrong address and an honest mistake. But if you're going to leave a bad review after we apologized then ok that is fine.
But then also be transparent about the fact that you got your money refunded back the same day as well. So other clients can have that peace of mind that we are not scamming anyone here.
And we apologized for the inconvenience that we caused and have offered a complimentary free hour for both skis as well on top of the refund.
And also there is no need for you to be posting two reviews of the same situation via viator & trip advisor and post both here simultaneously.
I think you got your message across with one review for you to express yourself, and that is just taking advantage and is not even fair after we refunded you.
So if you can remove at least one it would greatly appreciated have a good day.
