Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the city, the city’s history, and the paranormal. He had personal experiences to add to every spot we stopped at. Good chance I will have two scared teenagers sleeping in my bed tonight. Jacob was great would definitely do it again.

Jacob was a great guide with lots of local knowledge and history. It was wonderful chatting with him while waiting on the rest of our party to arrive . He definitely made the whole paranormal experience happen with being in character to how he described events. Definitely an asset to the ghost tours !
