This tour complements the 1:00 p.m. tour (Danger & Courage). This tour covers the Northern End of town; the Civilian Experience covers the Southern End.

Karen was an amazing tour guide. She is a local and a veteran as well as terrific narrator. Karen weaved us through the streets seamlessly pointing out all the historical buildings and stories of the townspeople stepping up to help when the battle took place. In addition to the battleground the town is so rich in our nation's history. It was a privilege to meet Karen and I hope she continues to preserve and share all the memories of the Gettysburg townspeople.

This tour was wonderful. We learned so much about the experiences of the people of Gettysburg. Bruce was very knowledgeable and interesting. I would highly recommend this tour especially for anyone who loves history.
