I too was on the July 6, 2019 tour. I enjoyed the tour, and full disclosure, I was part of the group mentioned in the “Had potential” discussion below. I have to say that Steve is grossly exaggerating the behavior of the man in question. The man did blurt out a joke at the very beginning of the tour, but it was in no way inappropriate even for children. He was then very quiet and composed for the duration of the tour. He certainly was not behaving “drunk” and even if he was, I don’t believe that calling him that would be an appropriate or a productive way to address the situation. And to be clear, Steve did use that word.
So, shame on you Steve. You should just man-up, own your mistake, and learn from it. You and your business will be much better off if you do as you will surely avoid similar poor reviews, and subsequent online spats, going forward.

When a company has hundreds of reviews on the internet, 100% 5-star, and 1 single review from a group who had one member unable to accept responsibility for his actions, the public understands. Our guide acted appropriately, and we stand behind him completely.
