We signed up for the group tour but we were the only ones that turned up, so had the private tour. James was great, answering all our questions about everything, not just ghosts! Kept all the family engaged. Good value for money.

We really enjoyed this tour, and Joel really knew his stuff! We learned a good bit of local history and the details of a lot of ghostly goings-on.
