Great experience in every aspect. It started with me confusing my time for my family to be on the water. With one simple phone call the staff had us booked for our same journey, the following day(when I thought I was supposed to be on the water). They were accommodating and friendly, what more can I say on that. Upon arriving to go on our adventure, the team on hand helped get my 4&3 year old boys secured in their wetsuits and water shoes, the whole time ensuring they were comfortable. The River guides are rockstars, they are knowledgeable and personable (be prepared for an onslaught of memorable “dad” jokes). We were so happy we decided to book this journey. A special shout-out to Moray, Cash, and the rest of the staff on our adventure! We look forward to our next visit and would definitely recommend this trip for families of all ages.

We booked a scenic trip this year as we have older family with us. We did a white water trip last summer with this same company and had a blast. This year the weather was a little colder and the water level was really high. We were provided wet suits, booties, and splash pullover jackets. I’m not too keen on using loaner items but I’m glad I did. The weather was nippy and were necessary for safety reasons. Our guide Kelly and Suzie were informative and friendly. We will definitely be back next year.
