Difficult time hearing the recording. Brought up the concern to Marlin and his customer service was top-notch. He listened, made excellent eye contact and offered solutions. Due to our experience with him is the reason we are giving a five star review. You have a keeper there!

The navigation quit talking when we had to go off course due to road construction and we got lost. We used our phone navigation to find our way back, so it all worked out, but had to cut out a part of the tour due to the extra time spent finding the way back on course. Outside of that, had a great time! Next time we will go for the electric go cart as the gas powered go cart had no back up, so had to get out and push. I’m no spring chicken anymore 🫤. All in all a great way to see San Diego without having to pay for parking at every point of interest! 👍

Fun way to cruise through downtown and Balboa park when the weather is nice. The cars were easy to navigate, and the GPS instructions were straightforward.
