While everything else you read is very true, our favorite part of this entire experience was meeting Brian, the tour guide/operator. He's very interested in what his guests/customers want, and he delivers. Here's our short story: our visit was an unusually cold and rainy day in May, and my wife and I really weren't prepared, waring short sleeves and no jackets. He first offered a complete refund, but we wanted to go. So, he took us to his house to get jackets! After the complete tour--and he knows everything about this hidden gem--he offered to let us keep the jackets for the remainder of our time there! We returned the jackets of the day of our departure, of course, but we already call Brian a friend. You can't go wrong. Brian is very knowledgeable, outgoing, and entertaining...and he's a genuinely good person. You'd do yourself a favor if you booked a tour with him (and, hey, even if you live in Bentonville, you might learn something and have a great time!).
