What a trip. The Grand Canyon was on the bucket list for our family (my wife and two sons ages 17 and 21). First, the van was great. Comfortable and clean. Most importantly, cool, as it was hot out! We loved the 10 am departure and seeing the Dam with a great view and photo ops was the perfect addition to the GC stop. The GC was marvelous. Booking with Max Tours allows you to skip the lines and get quick access to both viewpoints at the Western Rim. Stunning and breathtaking. Now, let me talk about the best part of the trip, our guide, Chad. He was THE BEST! Knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. But what I noticed the most is how he treated people. Obviously, he was fantastic with our group, but it was how kind and caring he was to workers at each stop; the Dam admission, GC checkpoints and entry, even the people at the Subway we stopped at. He knew them all, asked about their families (they vice/versa to him). That says a lot about his character and heart. This certainly also speaks well of Max Tours and the types of employees they hire. If all the guides are like Chad, this company is killing it with their employees. Highly recommend this tour, Chad, and this company!

Skywalk at Eagle Point was incredible. A must see in person. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking. Pictures do not do this view Justice, you must see for yourself
