The day before the tour, Max Tours texted me an arrival time and a street map location for pick up. The driver and guide Rocco picked me up at my hotel and dropped me off at my hotel. Rocco was knowledgeable, provided pertinent information and added neat little tidbits regarding Hoover Dam, the building of the structure and Boulder City. Rocco purchased our below the dam tour tickets for patrons as part of our tour package. Since Max Tours is endorsed by the Government's Hoover Dam Bureau of Reclamation, Max Tours delivers on the promise of what its website claims regarding a complete tour of the Hoover Dam.

Max tours did not disappoint and our tour guide phill was awesome. Did a bunch of research and was very pleased. So much better then.going ourselves or taking a big bus tour.
