I am very disappointed about my experience. On this webpage they say tour starts at 800am. Not that pick up is at 625am and tour begins at 800am. I was under impression I would be picked up at 800am and not 625am. Nowhere on the webpage does it says a 625am pick up. They say well contact the supplier and you would've known this. For the money that was spent on this excursion, they should've reached out to me saying pick up time was 625am and not 800am. I am very disappointed about this excursion not happening and I missed it because Viator didnt have it in it's writing. Not when I did the Hoover Dam tour, they had language written up exactly like that. Telling you the pick up time at each location, give or take. This was a serious error on many fronts! No refund, no rebooking of any kind is just a BS all the way around! I have spent a lot of money with Viator over the years and even for this trip. Everything went off well, but this oneeeee excursion didnt, that should tell you something wasn't right on your end!!! Bad business I tell you...

Furthermore. When booking any tour it is always best to go with the Tour Operator as opposed to a 3rd party booking agency. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment.
