Take your Grand Canyon visit up a notch and venture into the Grand Canyon National Park on a 2 to 3 hour Hummer tour. Signature 9:30 and 1:00 pm tours are approximately 2 hours, Sunset Tour is approximately 3 hours. The adventure begins once you board a Hummer specifically designed for sightseeing. Each Hummer can accommodate 13 passengers, and the stadium style seating provides excellent views from all seats. Travel to some of the most popular lookout points the park has to offer and learn interesting facts about its history as a driver/guide provides commentary from point to point. This tour takes place at Grand Canyon National Park, and does not include pick up from Las Vegas (approximately 5 hours away).
Check in is 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time
Only dogs are recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Buck Wild may ask the following questions as permitted under the ADA Requirements for Service Dogs: Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Out of respect for other guests, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if a service dog will be accompanying you on tour, so that we can assign you to a vehicle with guests who do not have dog allergies.

We will visit 3-4 viewpoints at the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. At each viewpoint, guests will explore the area, with plenty of time for photos. Signature Tour (9:30 am and 1 pm) is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours long. Sunset Tour is approximately 3 hours long

This tour was bundled as part of a Papillon Air/Hummer/Helicopter tour that I purchased from Papillon which departed from the Las Vegas strip. I'd really like to give it 4.5 stars, but that's not an option, so 4 stars it is. Honestly the tour itselvf was great. It was my first trip to the Grand Canyon and our tour guide Trey made it a memorable one. Trey knows the area very well and provided great insight into the things we saw along the way, as well as the stories that go along with the 4 photo op stops that we made on the tour, each giving us a unique view of various parts of the canyon. The only reason I deducted a (half)point was that it would have been nice to make a stop at the Visitor Center in the Grand Canyon National Park. Trey did mention that it's a busy place and of course it contains a gift shop. A stop here, even for half an hour would have made this a perfect tour for me. As the package I purchased included a helicopter tour of the South & North Rim, I was taken direclty back to the airport after leaving GCNP, whereas the rest of the group was taken to Buck Wild's office in Tusayan where they have their own gift shop as well as a Native American trading post which would have been nice to see. I didn't realize that by adding the helicopter tour to my package I would miss out on all of the gift shops. Overall, a worthwhile tour.

Thanks for your review, we appreciate the feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed your hummer tour with Trey, and that he provided you with great insight and amazing viewpoints. We are very sorry that you were disappointed that you did not have the opportunity to go shopping. but with our 2 hour tour schedule, we don't really have time to allow for shopping inside the park. With the package that you booked (Airplane from Boulder City with Hummer Tour), the option is either 1) Helicopter Tour or 2) Free Time in Tusayan for about 20-30 minutes. It's too late for you, and again I'm very sorry for that, but for future potential customers reading this review, there is a Gift Shop in the Boulder City Terminal where this tour starts and ends, and also a Gift Shop at the Papillon Helicopter Terminal here in the South Rim. Thanks again for your review.

Our guide Jerry was very informative on the navajo people. Wished we would have gone places that we couldn’t have gone to in our own car. Sunset was beautiful but we really didn’t get a “secret” spot or anything like that. Was overall just ok not doing again.

All of the viewpoints in the park are open to the public, there are no viewpoints set aside just for tours, and all tour operators visit viewpoints on paved, public roads. We are sorry at you were expecting a different experience, but we thank you for nice review, we appreciate the feedback.

5* Experience! We had a fantastic sunset tour with BWT. Our guide Teddy was top notch and took us to some of the premier sites to view the Canyon. His understanding of the history of the Grand Canyon, the wildlife and the foliage that makes up the park was excellent. The sunset was absolutely jaw dropping with the opportunity to take many snaps that will last a lifetime. Highly rated tour. Don’t miss it if you have the chance to visit this natural wonder.
