We made a reservation with BUCK WILD Grand Canyon Hummer Tours on December 23, 2021; we bought a tour for four people to ride around the Grand Canyon in a Hummer. We were excited about that tour, but after we were sitting in the Hummer, "Rosi" who was the one behind the counter came and told us that we had to get off the Hummer because there was another family that wanted to go alone on that tour, she told us that they would refund the money in 5 to 10 working days, but that maybe took longer because we were on holidays, we had booked that tour for a month before ,It seems to me an absolute lack of respect, that they do not respect reservations and that they discriminate against us because it seems that the other family could pay to go alone or maybe there was “ another type of arrangement “between them.

We are very sorry that you didn't have a good experience with Buck Wild, it was definitely not a typical experience for our customers.
The general manager spoke this morning to one of the people in your party. The issue was not that the other party of 5 wanted to go alone, it was a matter of seating in the Hummer, and we apologize that it was not handled well, and not handled as it should have been. Your refund was processed in a timely manner, but sometimes it takes 7-10 days to show up in your statement. Again, we are very sorry that you had this experience.
