Fantastic experience seeing the Grand Canyon and would truly recommend. HOWEVER, i got charged twice by the local ticket team. Now out of pocket by $400, and no one on the reservations email address is responding to my request for a refund. At the time, the attendant told me, my card was not working and the machine had broken down, hence no receipt. So I used another card on another machine, which worked. Both cards were charged with $400. I would suggest checking you banking app straight away, when paying to make sure it does not happen to you.
