Another sad story when a natural beauty is spoiled by a monopoly given to the greedy. We took a combo including a helicopter ride (15 minutes), pontoon on the river and sky deck access. Day before the prepaid experience, I was emailed a welcome message with the advice to download their App. Don't bother, please. The useless ever. Appears to  be designed by a 4 year old, confusing and misleading. Just use google maps. The helicopter ride was actually a transportation down to the pontoon and back. 5 minutes each way, so do not expect anything spectacular. Credit to the Papillon team: they do a really safe job. When you finally get to the sky deck, disappointing fact : not allowed to take your mobile and/or camera. Someone needs to make more $$$. Pathetic!!! Reminder: the package costs USD 375.00! Damn right I expect to take my own photos for a small fortune. You learn nothing about the GC in the complex, the history, geography, geology. Nothing. You're better off learning something on the Internet. The saddest souvenir shop I've seen. Nothing worthy to buy to remind you of this spectacle. Bottle openers and keychains. Respect to the tribal artwork which was worthy enough to spend some dollars. Icing on the cake: having the slowest and the most expensive "Expresso" in the universe. 1/2 hour waiting for $6.25???? One point for the stunning nature, professional Papillon service and the Tribal effort. Otherwise I would have given zero.

This activity is nothing but a scheme. You pay $80+ just to enter the glass without a permission to do your own photos. But they will be happy to make them for you and sell it)) I do understand if you pay for at least something but not just for a view point. Once we arrived and see the price we literally turned away and left. Yes, it took two hours for us to get there but we were happy not to pay money for really nothing. We respect ourselves and there are a lot of other spots in Grand canyon that worse the more

$56 just to look at a hole in the ground. No thanks. Literally stop a bit up the road and haluapai ranch, no admission fee and a small hike to see something you were just about to pay money to see.
