IndianaTraveler2014
Jul 2018
We took this tour in July 2018 while spending 4 days at the Grand Teton NP. Tour started at the Jackson Lake Lodge which is a must see location in itself. Tour began at 8:30 am and returned around 12:30 pm, just in time for lunch at the Lodge. Other times are also available.
Very informative guide and a comfortable, air conditioned bus. Brandon was our guide and did an excellent explanation of what we were seeing, plus extra information on wild life, plants, and history of the area. He also helped with taking photos and answering questions..
Tour included Jenny Lake, Signal Mountain, Craig Thomas Visitor Center, Mormon Row homestead, Menors ferry crossing at Snake River, and Jackson Lake Dam. Some walking and standing required. Bus was not handicap accessible, but ask at the Lodge if this is possible. Bathroom stops provided but no facility on the tour bus.
